Centella Probio-Cica Essence Toner is a soothing and strengthening toner that contains fermented Centella Asiatica extract, probiotics, and ceramides. Its lightweight, watery yet nourishing texture combines the refreshing feel of a toner with the hydrating benefits of an essence in one product.

Fermented Madagascar Centella Asiatica extract is known for its calming and moisturizing properties, helping to support the skin’s natural balance and overall health.

Ceramide NP and the Cica complex help strengthen the skin barrier and support its ability to retain moisture and softness. Probiotic ingredients promote a vibrant, healthy-looking complexion and help protect the skin against external stressors.

The toner also contains five types of hyaluronic acid molecules of varying sizes to deliver deep hydration across different skin layers, leaving the skin fresh, plump, and moisturized without stickiness.

Fragrance-free, vegan, and cruelty-free formula suitable especially for dry and combination skin.

• Toner is applied first after cleansing. It provides moisture to the face and prepares the skin for other skincare products. Moisturizing toners should be patted onto the skin by hand, while exfoliating ones are applied with a cotton pad.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
