Refund policy

Once the order is accepted and paid for, no changes can be made or the order can be canceled before delivery, as the order is immediately transferred to be handled by our warehouse. If you wish to return all or part of your order or exercise your right of cancellation, we will always charge the return costs in accordance with the terms.

Statutory right of withdrawal

When ordering Services from Yeppo & Soonsoo webstore, you have the right to cancel the contract or utilize the right of return within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last product included in the order.

Always contact at the address info@yepposoonsoo.com, if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal or return the product.

When exercising the right of cancellation, the same terms and costs apply as for returns.

Not picking up the order does not constitute a cancellation of the order.​

Our online store follows the return policies in accordance with Finnish law. You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it only if the product is completely unused and unopened. Opened and used products cannot be returned. Hair accessories, earrings and necklaces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Discounted products with a best before date are also excluded from exchange and return rights.

The product must be in its original condition to receive a return. If the product has become unsellable due to the customer's use, careless packaging, or other actions, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product and we will deduct the original price of the product from the amount to be refunded.

If you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received the products you canceled or returned.

Return

Return cost is €6.99 for returns made by post in Finland. Returns made from outside Finland will have a return fee equal to the lowest delivery fee of that country. You can find these delivery fees on the Deliveries and Returns page.. You can also return the products of your online store order to any of our stores in Finland (excluding the Godies x Yeppo & Soonsoo store in Oulu). For in‑store returns, we charge a return fee of €6.99 if the entire order is returned or if the order total after the return is less than €45.

Campaign discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a product after the campaign period that you received for free, no money will be refunded. Paid products will be refunded at the price according to the campaign period. If you return the entire order, any free gifts must also be returned. Also, if the conditions for the gift with purchase, such as the minimum purchase amount, are no longer met after the return, the gift(s) must also be returned. For unreturned gift products, the price according to the resale value of the product(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be in its original condition to be eligible for return. In connection with the return of the product, it cannot be exchanged for a new one, but a new order must be placed. In the store, the right to exchange applies to a replacement product of equal or higher value. The difference between the exchanged and the new product cannot be received as a gift card.
