Return policy

All unopened products have a 14-day return right from when you have received the products.

Please note that a return fee of €6.99 will be charged for returns. We also charge a return fee of €6.99 for orders delivered by post that are returned to our stores, if the order is returned in full or if the remaining value after the return is less than €45. No return fee is charged for orders picked up from Yeppo&Soonsoo stores.
