Yakgwa Club has been implemented in collaboration with the Finnish innovation company ReceiptHeron, and operates with its application. You can also find many other loyalty programs on ReceiptHero, so you do not need multiple different applications on your phone to benefit from Yeppo's glowing advantages.

In the app, you will find multiple stamp cards, as well as our monthly changing loyalty offer.

You can securely save your payment card in the ReceiptHero app, after which you will automatically earn stamps and benefits on your purchases when shopping at Yeppo's stores or online.

In the online store, identification is done according the email address, so please use the same email address for ReceiptHero as you do when making purchases in our online store.

Use of benefits

When you have filled your stamp card or want to take advantage of a loyalty offer, you can redeem the benefit in-store at the checkout by selecting "Redeem reward" in the app. Show the reward redemption to the staff member. Not valid at the Oulu xGodies store.

In the online store, you can use the benefits by selecting "Redeem in the online store" under the benefit or stamp card in question in the app. Enter the discount code you received at the online store checkout in the "Discount code or gift card" field.

Please note that the code is only available for a moment, so activate the code when you are ready to complete your order.

Benefits collected through stamp cards can only be used in Yeppo & Soonsoo stores in Finland (excluding xGoodies in Oulu) and in the online store.

If you have joined the ReceiptHero application as a regular customer according to the instructions or have already been a regular customer through ReceiptHero before January 2024, but the online store purchases or accumulated stamps do not appear in ReceiptHero, please contact ReceiptHero's support at support@receipthero.io

Currently, no – the loyalty program is only available through the ReceiptHero phone app.

With ReceiptHero, we aim to protect your privacy, because you no longer have to tell your name or email address in the store, and your transactions will be much faster and smoother. Your payment card and our smart cashier program take care of the job so that all information is transferred directly from us to your customer account in an instant and you don't need a separate paper receipt, so together we can save paper and nature!

The purpose of ReceiptHero is to speed up your transactions in our store and secure the safe use of your data, which is why we no longer process your customer data in any way in the store and thus cannot add points manually.

Therefore, points are not accumulated if you pay for your purchase in cash.
