Torriden's award-winning BALANCEFUL Cica Cleansing Gel is a soothing and deeply cleansing facial cleansing gel, specially developed for combination and acne-prone skin that often suffers from irritation.

This cleansing gel is enriched with a high concentration of soothing centella asiatica extract (Torriden's patented T-TECA complex*), panthenol and allantoin, which together effectively reduce redness and irritation and prevent inflammation.

Ceramides, soybean extract and fermented lactic acid bacteria contribute to maintaining the skin's moisture balance and strengthening its barrier (skin barrier).

With the help of LHA acid, the cleansing gel offers a gentle exfoliation that removes dead skin cells, dirt and sebum from the pores.

The alcohol-free formula has a low pH value (5.5) and a soft elastic consistency that, with the help of small microbubbles, cleans even the deepest pores. The result is a freshly cleansed, hydrated and balanced skin ♡

*T-Percent™ Calming Complex consists of small molecule extracts such as asiatic acid, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and madecassoside which are effectively absorbed by the skin.

• Water-based cleanser is used for facial cleansing either alone or after an oil-based cleansing product as a second step of double cleansing: Rub a pea-sized amount of cleanser in circular motions onto damp face in the mornings and/or evenings, avoiding the eye and mouth areas, then rinse off with luke-warm water.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
