Beplain Mung Bean Balancing Toner is a low pH balancing and gently exfoliating toner. (4.0-5.0) "Toner for all skin types, especially for oily and blemish-prone skin that is easily irritated – this non-comedogenic toner feels fresh and light on the skin without a sticky or greasy sensation."

The toner contains 42.6% Korean mung bean extract to promote the cleansing of impurities and excess sebum from deep within the pores, strengthen the skin's barrier, and provide the skin with fresh moisture alongside hyaluronic acid and birch extract.
Enriched with soothing panthenol and allantoin to relieve redness, skin irritation, and the risk of inflammation of minor skin inflammations.

Skin-friendly PHA acid (Gluconolactone) gently exfoliates dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, preventing pore clogging and promoting a brighter and smoother skin texture.

Passed dermatological test, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and essential oil-free formula, which is also well-suited for exfoliating sensitive skin ♡

• Toner is applied first after cleansing. It provides moisture to the face and prepares the skin for other skincare products. Moisturizing toners should be patted onto the skin by hand, while exfoliating ones are applied with a cotton pad.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Panthenol – i.e. vitamin B5 – soothes irritated skin and minor surface infections, relieves itching and moisturizes the skin, making it softer and more elastic.
