fwee 4D Voluming Plumper is a clear plumping lip gloss that makes lips fuller in seconds. The plant-based Volufiline in the lip gloss smooths small lines on the lips, making them look softer and more even, and the lip gloss adds volume to the lips in just the right places, giving the plumping effect a natural appearance. Plant-based menthol creates a long-lasting cooling effect that does not irritate the lips, and rosehip oil protects the lips from moisture loss. The clear lip gloss is well suited for use over other lip products to add shine without smudging the underlying color, and it can also be used to make lips smooth and full before applying lip makeup.

Apply gloss with an applicator either alone, before, or after lip makeup.
