Madagascar Centella Light Cleansing Oil is an oil that effectively cleanses makeup, sunscreen, dust accumulated during the day, and other impurities, containing gotu kola extract and skin-nourishing and moisturizing sunflower, olive, jojoba, and rose oils. 

Light and fresh oil cleanses makeup, leaving a moisturized finish. Tiny micelle particles remove even the last traces of makeup, and MCT derived from coconut helps the skin retain its moisture, making it feel smooth and radiant. 

Beneficial plant oils protect the skin from the drying effects of cleansing and make the process as gentle as possible.

To remove makeup, use your hands to apply the oil on dry skin and proceed to massage the oil on your face until the makeup melts together with the oil. Add a small amount of warm water and continue massaging until the oil turns into a milky consistency. Rinse with warm water and continue with a foam or gel cleanser as needed.

• Cleansing oil is the first step of the skincare routine, used for removing makeup, sunscreen, and dirt: Massage 1-2 pumps of oil onto dry face in circular motions, then wet your hands and massage your face again to emulsify the cleansing oil. Rinse off with lukewarm water and continue with the second step of cleansing (e.g., cleansing gel or foam).

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
