SOONDING Coconut Rice Milk Toner pampers the skin with its soft, milky texture while delivering a fresh, natural glow. The toner promotes skin wellness, smooths the skin’s surface, and keeps the skin feeling comfortable and refreshed all day - without any heavy or greasy residue.

The toner’s formula contains goami rice extract and coconut extract, which brighten dull skin and help even out skin tone. The ALPANTHERA™ complex combines ceramides, squalane, and panthenol into an effective blend that strengthens the skin’s protective barrier, locks in moisture and protects the skin from external stressors. AMINO17, a blend containing 17 amino acids, supports the skin’s moisture balance and elasticity, strengthens the skin’s natural resilience, and helps maintain a vibrant skin appearance.

The toner’s milky yet lightweight texture blends effortlessly into the skin and absorbs quickly even when layered. The skin feels silky soft, fresh, and pleasantly hydrated without a sticky feeling.

Vegan, non-comedogenic, and fragrance-free formula suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and reactive skin.

• Toner is applied first after cleansing. It provides moisture to the face and prepares the skin for other skincare products. Moisturizing toners should be patted onto the skin by hand, while exfoliating ones are applied with a cotton pad.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.
