Pantothenic Water Parsley Toner is a soothing and hydrating toner that contains betaine, panthenol and a nourishing herb complex.

After cleansing, pat a small amount of toner on the face and neck. Continue the treatment with the desired products. Use the toner regularly for best results.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.
